How do I edit my order information?
Unfortunately we are unable to edit orders. Please contact TWOFIFTYNINE customer service cs@twofiftynineny.com if you would like to cancel your order and you can replace it with the correct information.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders ship between 1-4 business days of the order date. Transit time averages 1-3 days shipping via USPS. Please allow approximately 7-10 days from the time your order is placed to the day it is received.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
How do I know my order was confirmed?
As soon as we receive your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please contact TWOFIFTYNINE customer service.

Do you price match?
No, we do not price match with other retailers or online stores.
Can I get a price adjustment?
We are happy to offer price adjustments on full priced items purchased online within seven days from the time you receive the order. Items are only eligible for price adjustments if the exact style, color, and size are in stock at the time of the request.
We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items or during any special promotion where items are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item is purchased at a discounted price, no price adjustments will be offered should the item be further marked down.
